At Griffin & Associates, we always strive for excellence. This means that no stone is left unturned. There are many reasons why people desire to know information about others, and in our work as information gatherers, the goal is complete information with integrity. As with all things, there are specific rules to follow concerning background searches. Federal Law prohibits some types of searches and the reasons for these searches. At Griffin & Associates, we never give information to individuals or companies whose sole desire is to obtain information illegally or for unethical purposes. Our databases used for the purpose of conducting background investigations, are the best in the world, and not like those used by other companies that charge a lot of money for general searches everyone can do on the internet. We use only the best information resourses that can only be used by those who have been given the proper credentialing inspections and certifications. What this means is, that only those agencies with the proper legal credentials and authorizations, can use the databases we use for background investigations. This privilege is not given to everyone, and that is why our investigator's are very careful to screen all the requests we receive before a database search is ever conducted. Our reasons for this are simple. We DO NOT break the law for anyone for any reason. If you have a request to obtain information about someone, all requests are filtered through and restricted by federal law such as FCRA 15 USC 1681 et seq. There are no exceptions.
